If our group could only have one impact on the world (or at least our church), I would want it to be to conquer the fear in people that squashes great ideas like this and to encourage more people to try them out.

Did you hear about this group of people, prior to this blog posting? Hmm... it's really neat that they were trying to create this community for transitional folks. It's sad... but true (even of myself) that middle class and upper middle class Americans have convinced themselves they superiorally deserve this right to personal safety and comfort... or something. I'm sure those people are pretty discouraged.
